Seasonal Yoga
Return to your Self with flowing sequences of Scaravalli-inspired yoga and somatic movement for a weekly practice to leave you feeling more balanced and connected to your body, your breath, the Earth and the seasons. Suitable for all.

Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Preparation
Nourishing active classes with safe yoga postures, breath work, relaxation and other useful tips for pregnancy and birth. All with a lovely supportive group of other local mums-to-be.
Wednesdays 6.30 – 7.45am / The Wellington Centre

Postnatal Yoga (baby welcome too!)
Restore the body after birth with yoga postures, breath work, mindfulness and pelvic floor work to re-build core strength and stretch the body whilst re-centering and grounding emotionally.

Women’s Yoga
An extended class, allowing time to unravel, stretch, energise and rest. Flowing sequences of Scaravelli-inspired yoga and somatic movement to leave you feeling more balanced and connected to the cycles and rhythms of your body, your breath, and the seasons.
