A little about Mae

Mae has been practicing yoga for nearly 30 years, and teaching for over a decade. Mae’s teaching draws on influences from her additional training in Qi Gong, Contemporary Dance and Chinese Medicine wisdom / Five Element Theory, which supports and encourages us to live in harmony with the seasons of nature and to tune into those within ourselves.

Mae’s classes blend Scaravelli-inspired yoga with somatic and intuitive flowing movements to unravel, energise, strengthen and ground the body through movement, breath and relaxation practices.

Alongside general yoga classes and retreats, Mae also specialises in Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga to support women on their perinatal journey as well as their birth partners both in preparation before the birth, and afterwards as a Birth Trauma Release practitioner.
